We harvested 1,500 cc of purified fat from the entire circumference of the thighs.

We also inserted Motiva Ergonomix2 Demi 270 cc implants in the subglandular plane.

For fat grafting, we injected 100 cc into the right breast and 90 cc into the left breast for soft tissue coating.

At 1 month post-op, the breasts still feel slightly firm, but they have become much more settled.

Risks: infection, lumps, capsular contracture, skin tethering, and scars.
