We inserted a smaller Motiva Mini 200cc silicone implant and performed fat grafting with 90cc to the right breast and 120cc to the left breast.

At the same time, we also removed lumps that had developed after a previous fat grafting breast augmentation performed at another clinic.

At 1 month post-op, there is still some firmness and tightness, which is expected at this stage.

Risks: infection, lumps, capsular contracture, skin tethering, scars, etc.
