We placed Motiva Mini 275cc silicone implants in the subglandular plane, and performed fat grafting with 150cc to the right breast and 95cc to the left breast.

The breasts still feel quite tight and firm at this stage, but in general, they become softer and settle more naturally over about 3 months.

The arms are also currently at the peak of contracture (a healing response that can feel hard and uneven), so they are expected to become smoother and slimmer from here.

We also removed the accessory breast tissue (arrow), which helps create a smoother upper body contour.

When performing arm liposuction or breast augmentation, treating the accessory breast area as well often leads to a more beautiful result.
