Case of a 23-year-old woman.

We performed circumferential arm liposuction (upper arm, shoulder, anterior area) combined with hybrid breast augmentation.

As the patient has a slim body type, approximately 300cc of pure fat was harvested.
Motiva Demi 250cc silicone implants were placed in the subglandular plane.

By reducing arm volume and creating a sharper shoulder line:
✔ The décolletage is enhanced
✔ Breast projection becomes more defined
✔ The overall upper body appears more refined

In hybrid breast augmentation,
implants provide structure, while fat grafting refines texture and contour,
resulting in a more natural and balanced outcome.

The combination of sharp shoulders and natural breast shape
