In her case, we did not remove fat from the anterior (front) portion of the arm, so the visible change from the front is intentionally subtle.

However, the lateral shoulder fullness—which was her main concern—has been completely corrected.

Although the total fat removed was relatively small (about 200 cc of pure fat), slim patients often achieve very high satisfaction, as even small-volume contouring can create a sharp, refined silhouette.
