This patient underwent full-body liposuction (excluding the thighs) combined with hybrid breast augmentation.
Initially, Motiva Demi 295cc implants were used.
However, based on her desire for further volume enhancement, the implants were exchanged to 405cc.
In general, when using implants larger than 400cc in slender Asian patients, there is a higher risk of:
- Visible implant edges
- Excessive upper pole fullness
- An unnatural “implant look”
In this case, we achieved a natural result despite the large volume by combining:
- Precise layer selection (subglandular / submuscular)
- Careful control of the dissection plane
- Fat grafting for soft tissue coverage (hybrid technique)
- Full-body liposuction to optimize overall body contour
Rather than simply increasing size,
we focus on designing a breast that harmonizes with the entire body.
