Case of a 23-year-old woman.
We performed extensive liposuction including the entire arm (upper arm, shoulder, anterior area), as well as the axillary fat.
Approximately 1100cc of pure fat was removed, representing a relatively high-volume case.
In general, when more than 600cc is removed, there is a risk of skin laxity.
However, in this case, skin contraction has been favorable, resulting in a sharp and well-defined contour.
