Case of a 26-year-old woman.

Circumferential arm liposuction (upper arm, shoulder, anterior area) was performed.

Approximately 450cc of pure fat was removed.

By carefully removing fat from the anterior arm,
we designed a straight, clean line from the shoulder to the arm—visible from all angles.

In arm liposuction, the anterior contour is just as important as the lateral view.

At 2 months post-op, some firmness from the contracture phase remains,
but the contour will continue to improve and become smoother over time.
