This is a 26-year-old woman, one month after upper arm liposuction combined with hybrid breast augmentation.
We placed Motiva Demi 235 cc implants under the mammary gland, and additionally injected 90 cc on the right and 110 cc on the left.

At just one month post-op, the results already look very natural, with a soft cleavage forming.

Risks: infection, nodules, bleeding, skin tethering, and capsular contracture.
