A Motiva Mini 250cc implant was placed in the subglandular plane, and additional fat grafting was performed with 120cc on the right and 70cc on the left.

Fat was harvested from the upper arms and abdomen.

At this stage, the patient is experiencing peak postoperative fibrosis (tightness and firmness), which is completely normal. From here, the breasts will continue to soften and settle.

A beautifully round and natural breast shape is already forming, and the result will blend even more naturally by the 3-month mark.

Risks include infection, fat necrosis, capsular contracture, skin tethering, and contour irregularities.
