Even with my arms fully extended, I aim for a perfectly straight “root-to-elbow” line.

When I perform upper-arm liposuction, my goal is a clean elbow-to-arm silhouette when viewed from the front.
Because of that, I sometimes get anonymous comments like “Too extreme,” or “It looked better before.”

But I truly want to create arms that look slim and beautiful from every angle, so I won’t compromise on that ideal—
(of course, if someone prefers a softer, more natural finish, I adjust accordingly).

As you can see in the example below, when the arm is extended and the side view is straight,
the elbow is always slightly wider than the upper arm from the front.
