She originally had a central dip in her buttocks, giving a somewhat trapezoid shape.

With fat grafting, we were able to restore volume to the middle and create a smooth, rounded, and aesthetically balanced contour.

At just 1 month post-op, the waist area still shows post-liposuction fibrosis and uneven firmness, which is completely normal. This will continue to soften, and the waistline will become even more defined as swelling resolves.
