This is the 1-month postoperative result following fat grafting to the breasts, with 190 cc injected on the right and 180 cc on the left.

The patient reported that the visibility of the silicone implant (placed within the pectoralis major muscle) has significantly improved.

By consistently drinking 1 liter of soy milk daily for one month, we were able to achieve excellent fat retention even with a relatively modest graft volume.

More than 50% of the final outcome is determined by how the downtime is managed.

Potential risks include:

• Infection
• Fat necrosis or palpable lumps
• Variability in fat retention
