Three months ago, she underwent hybrid breast augmentation with Motiva Demi 295 cc implants combined with fat grafting.

The patient desired a significantly larger bust, even if the result appeared less natural, so a much larger implant size was selected.

At 1 week postoperatively, her recovery has been uneventful and the clinical course is favorable.
