This patient underwent hybrid breast augmentation with:

• Modiva Demi 250cc placed in the subglandular plane, and
• 80cc of fat grafting per side injected into the subcutaneous layer.

During the first month of downtime, the breasts felt firm and the patient expressed concern.

However, by 3 months, the breasts have softened significantly and now appear very natural and well-settled.

Risks: infection, fat necrosis or nodules, bleeding, capsular contracture, rippling, etc.
