This is a case of a 38-year-old woman who underwent circumferential thigh liposuction.

She was already quite slim before surgery, but we carefully sculpted her thighs to make them even leaner — nearly reducing the subcutaneous fat to zero.

A total of 800cc of pure fat was removed, achieving a highly refined and toned contour.
