This is the 1-month postoperative result of a 23-year-old female who underwent upper arm liposuction followed by hybrid breast augmentation using Motiva Demi 250 cc implants, with additional fat grafting (80 cc to the right breast and 70 cc to the left).

Her goal was to achieve an elegant, dress-enhancing upper-body silhouette.

Although her arms were already slim—yielding only about 300 cc of pure fat—the procedure successfully created a noticeably fuller, well-balanced bust and a refined upper body.

Potential risks include:
