This case involves comprehensive upper-body liposuction combined with Botox treatments in a 25-year-old female patient.
A total of 900 cc of pure fat was removed from the circumferential upper arms, forearms, areas above and below the scapula, and the submental/neck region.
Deltoid and trapezius Botox injections have also been administered at each follow-up visit.

Following liposuction, the patient also engaged in dietary management, and the combination has resulted in a dramatic overall transformation.
