This is a 30-year-old female patient, 3 months after undergoing circumferential upper arm and axillary (armpit) liposuction combined with an arm thread lift.

A total of 1,150 cc of pure fat was removed, resulting in a dramatic contour change.

When more than 800 cc of fat is removed from the arms, skin laxity is almost inevitable.

However, by performing a body thread lift during the contraction phase after liposuction, we can promote adhesion and tightening effects.

In this case, the “batwing” area (posterior upper arm) is visibly firmer and more contoured.
