Motiva Mini 200 cc implants were placed in the subglandular plane via an axillary incision, with fat grafting of 70 cc to each breast.

At 3 months, the breasts have begun to settle and appear more natural.
However, postoperative abdominal fibrosis remains noticeable, which is common at this stage of recovery.

For improving fibrosis, esthetic devices such as INDIBA are well known.
