A Motiva Mini 275cc implant was placed in the subglandular plane to create breast volume.
By reducing fullness around the upper arms and accessory breast while enhancing the breasts, we created a smooth, elegant transition from the shoulders to the chest.
(In lean patients, natural muscle definition may still be visible.)
