Hybrid breast augmentation combines a silicone implant with autologous fat grafting, but one point often overlooked in real practice is how to address hybrid breast augmentation asymmetry. Why Hybrid Breast Augmentation Asymmetry Occurs

Even in healthy adult women, one breast being 20–30 ml larger than the other is common. In this case we used low-speed, short-duration centrifugation to separate saline, tumescent fluid and blood while preserving adipocyte viability. Aggressive high-speed spins reduce extracellular fluid — which improves apparent injection efficiency — but the mechanical shear can rupture the adipocytes themselves and depress take rate.
