The patient, in her twenties, came in wanting more breast volume while also smoothing the lower body and arms in the same operation. A Motiva Mini 330 cc implant was placed subglandularly through an axillary incision. The harvested fat was processed with low-speed, short-duration centrifugation, and 150 mL was injected subcutaneously into the right breast and 140 mL into the left. In the same session, we performed full-circumference liposuction of the thighs, buttocks, knees, full upper arms, accessory breast tissue, and flanks, and injected botulinum toxin into the shoulders, thighs, and upper arms at 200 units per site.

The photos show a frontal view at three months post-operatively. Pre-operatively the decolletage and chest had a flat appearance; at three months the breast as a whole has gained forward projection and roundness, and the cleavage has developed depth.
