Fat harvested from the arms and thighs was carefully purified and transferred to the breasts. A conservative volume was used—220 cc for the right breast and 200 cc for the left—to prioritize long-term fat survival rather than overfilling.
At just 1 month after surgery, fat retention has been excellent, maintaining a natural increase in breast volume with a soft, balanced appearance.
