A total of 500 cc of pure fat was removed from the arms.
For the breast augmentation, 295 cc Motiva Demi implants were placed in the subglandular plane, combined with autologous fat grafting of 110 cc to each breast.
Because she already had a good amount of natural breast tissue and soft-tissue coverage, the implant contours are beginning to blend smoothly with the surrounding tissues even at just 1 month post-op.
The goal of this combination is not simply to make the arms thinner and the breasts larger. We design the entire transition from the arms → shoulders → décolletage → breasts to create a more refined and balanced upper-body silhouette.
One month is still an early stage of recovery. The breasts may continue to soften and settle over the following months, and final results vary between individuals.
