A 27-year-old woman. Wishing to increase her breast volume naturally, she underwent condensed rich fat (CRF) breast augmentation using her own fat. The fat was harvested from the full circumference of the thighs, the buttocks, and the calves to ankles. The photos show her from the front, 6 months after surgery.
A total of 1,600ml of fat was suctioned from the donor areas. Of this, 500ml of purified fat was condensed by centrifugation (600 rpm for 1 minute) to produce 350ml of fat for injection. We injected 210ml into the right breast (170ml subcutaneous, 40ml intramuscular in the pectoralis major) and 140ml into the left breast (140ml subcutaneous), adjusting the volume to the pre-operative asymmetry.
The procedure was performed under general anesthesia, using 3,000ml of tumescent solution. The operation took about 2 hours and 35 minutes. The incisions are small and placed in less noticeable areas: the groin, the front of the armpits, below the nipple, below the buttocks, and behind the knees.
In the photo 6 months after surgery, fullness has appeared from the décolleté to the upper chest, and roundness has been added from the sides to the lower part of the breasts. The outline of the breasts is clearer from the front, giving the bust a fuller impression overall.
Fat-transfer breast augmentation uses your own fat, so it suits those who value a natural feel and appearance, and it also allows the contour of the donor areas to be refined.
