A Motiva Mini 290cc silicone implant was placed in the subglandular plane through an axillary incision. Fat was harvested from the circumferential upper arms and axillary area and grafted to the breasts. The harvested fat volume was 600ml, with 380ml remaining after processing. A total of 130ml was injected on the right (80ml subcutaneous and 50ml intramuscular) and 110ml on the left (80ml subcutaneous and 30ml intramuscular).
The implant provides breast volume, while fat grafting is used to adjust the upper-pole contour and the transition around the implant. Circumferential upper-arm and axillary liposuction was performed at the same time while considering the balance between the arms and chest.
At approximately six months, the photographs show changes in breast volume, upper-chest contour, and the appearance of the upper arms and axillary area compared with the preoperative image. Differences in posture, lighting, clothing, and camera distance may affect the appearance. Results and recovery vary between individuals.
