Motiva Demi 250cc silicone implants were placed in the subglandular plane through axillary incisions. Fat was harvested from the upper arms; 300ml was collected and 148ml remained after processing. A total of 70ml was injected subcutaneously into the right breast and 78ml into the left.
The implants provide breast volume, while fat grafting is used to adjust the contour and tissue transition around the implants. Circumferential upper-arm liposuction was performed at the same time as the fat donor procedure, with attention to the balance between the arms and chest.
At approximately nine months, the side-view photographs show changes in breast volume, contour, and the appearance of the upper arm compared with before surgery. Differences in posture, lighting, clothing, and camera distance may affect the photographs. Results and recovery vary between individuals.
