Lower Abdomen Liposuction + Morpheus8 | 26-Year-Old Woman, 6 Months After Surgery2026.09.30
A 26-year-old woman. She was concerned about the bulge below her navel, so we performed liposuction of the lower abdomen together with Morpheus8 on the lower abdomen to tighten the skin, on the same day. The photos show her from a front-oblique angle, 6 months after surgery.
Liposuction was limited to the lower abdomen, and 200ml of fat was removed. In addition, to address skin laxity after fat reduction, Morpheus8 (40 pins, 6.0mm depth, Burst mode) was applied to the lower abdomen with 262 shots.
The procedure was performed under intravenous sedation combined with nitrous oxide, with 500ml of tumescent solution infiltrated. The operation took about 25 minutes, through a single small incision in the right groin, placed where it is hidden by underwear.
In the photo 6 months after surgery, the bulge from below the navel to the underwear line has decreased, and the lower abdomen has a flatter line. The curve from the waist to the lower abdomen also connects more smoothly.
The lower abdomen is an area where fat tends to remain even in slim people, and combining liposuction with a skin-tightening treatment aims to help the skin settle after fat removal.
