This is the case of a woman in her 20s who underwent full-circumference upper arm liposuction (including the back of the arm, the shoulder, and the front), with 395cc of pure fat removed. The photos show the condition at 8 months post-op.

The goal was a straight, slim line from the shoulder down to the wrist side, carefully designing the entire circumference including the shoulder, the front, and the back of the arm. Now, 8 months after surgery, a clean, slender contour has been maintained, with a beautifully straight-line silhouette from the base of the arm.

In the side-view comparison, the fullness and tightness that were present in the upper arm before surgery have been reduced, and the line from the shoulder to the arm appears smooth and well-balanced.

Because liposuction removes the fat cells themselves, it is considered less prone to rebound; however, results, recovery, and the degree of downtime vary from person to person. Number of treatments: 1.
