This is a case of a 21-year-old female, 3 months after upper arm liposuction combined with hybrid breast augmentation. Despite her slim figure, she was concerned about the outward fullness of her upper arms when her arms were relaxed at her sides, as well as a lack of breast volume.
In this procedure, a Motiva Mini 290cc silicone implant was placed under the breast tissue on each side, and 70cc of fat harvested from the upper arms via liposuction was grafted into each breast. This hybrid approach uses the implant to create solid volume while a layer of grafted fat smooths the contours, achieving both natural softness and shape.
For the upper arms, we carefully suctioned the areas that tend to bulge outward when the arms are closed, and the harvested fat was transferred directly to the breasts. This combination allows total upper-body design — slimming the areas of concern while adding volume where it is desired.
At 3 months after surgery, the fullness of the upper arms has been resolved, and the breasts show a natural rise of volume from the décolleté. Swelling and bruising have largely subsided, creating a well-balanced upper body silhouette.
