This case features simultaneous arm liposuction and hybrid breast augmentation (Motiva 235cc Demi). We removed excess fat from the upper arms to create a slimmer line, then used the harvested fat for breast fat grafting combined with a silicone implant, achieving natural roundness and volume together.

The upper arms are easily visible in short sleeves, making sagging and lack of firmness a common concern. In this case, liposuction thinned the subcutaneous fat layer, tightening the silhouette when the arm is extended or raised. Since the harvested fat was used directly for the breast grafting, this approach addresses two concerns – the arms and the bust – in a single procedure.

Hybrid breast augmentation combines the stable volume of a silicone implant with the natural texture of the patient’s own fat. Fat grafting compensates for the smooth upper-pole gradation that implants alone struggle to achieve, while the implant provides the stable volume that fat grafting alone cannot maintain – each technique complementing the other’s strengths.

At three months post-surgery, swelling and bruising have largely subsided. The arms show a tightened, natural result, and the bust has settled into a natural texture both in feel and appearance. As the grafted fat and the implant balance stabilizes over time, the result becomes increasingly natural – a hallmark of hybrid augmentation. The patient herself reports being satisfied with the natural outcome.
