Full-Circumference Thigh Liposuction – 3 Months Post-Op2026.06.21
This is a case of full-circumference thigh liposuction (front, inner, outer, and back) in a 24-year-old female, shown at 3 months (approximately 90 days) post-op. The procedure was performed once.
The thighs are an area where subcutaneous fat accumulates easily and is often difficult to slim down through self-care or dieting alone. In this case, we aimed to evenly contour the entire circumference of the thighs, refining the overall leg line on both the inner and outer sides. By thoroughly suctioning all the way around the front, inner, outer, and back, we worked toward a natural, well-balanced silhouette from both the front and the side.
At 3 months post-op, the overall volume of the thighs has decreased, and the line from above the knee to the top of the thigh has become noticeably smoother. The patient also continued with diet and exercise, and the combination of the foundation created by liposuction and ongoing self-care has resulted in a more toned impression.
Please note that during the cold season, uneven pigmentation (hyperpigmentation) tends to appear more easily due to circulation, and the small scars at the suction sites may still be somewhat noticeable at this stage. However, both gradually settle down over time. The recovery is progressing well.
The finish, the speed of recovery, and the degree of downtime vary from person to person. If you have any concerns, please do not judge on your own — consult your attending physician.──────────────
