28-year-old female, 1 month post-op after Rib Remodeling (RIBXCAR), revision liposuction of the abdomen and waist (removed 2,100 cc), followed by hybrid breast augmentation with fat grafting (Right 180 cc / Left 170 cc).
Wearing a corset for 3 months is a disadvantage; however, a well-defined waistline is already visible, and the breasts are becoming more natural in shape.

Risks and side effects
Liposuction may cause swelling, bruising, pain, edema, skin irregularities or tightness, asymmetry, pigmentation, and scars at the small incision sites. Rarely, complications such as infection, hematoma, numbness, or reduced sensation may occur. On the abdomen and waist, temporary hardness or irregularities due to tissue contraction, and skin laxity may occur.
Silicone implants may cause capsular contracture, implant rupture or malposition, rippling (waves of the implant visible on the surface), infection, and changes in nipple or breast sensation.
Fat grafting may cause calcification, lumps or cysts, individual variation in fat survival, asymmetry, and irregularities at the donor site.
Rib remodeling is performed under general anesthesia, which places a burden on the body, and pain, swelling, and bruising may last for several weeks. Because the ribs are treated, nerve injury, temporary effects on breathing, and small scars may occur, and in rare cases the rib shape may become uneven or tend to return to its original position.
These symptoms may occur during recovery and most improve over time, but their severity and the recovery period vary from person to person. If you have any concerns, please consult your doctor rather than judging for yourself.
