21-Year-Old Female | Arm Liposuction + Hybrid Breast Augmentation2026.07.23
This case features a 21-year-old woman who underwent circumferential arm liposuction combined with hybrid breast augmentation.
In addition to contouring the arms, excess fat in the accessory breast (underarm area) was carefully removed to create a smooth, continuous transition from the upper arms to the breasts.
A total of 400 cc of purified fat was harvested. A Motiva Mini 290 cc implant was placed in the subglandular plane, followed by fat grafting of 70 cc to each breast. This combination softens the implant edges, enhances the cleavage and upper pole, and creates a more natural breast contour.
Combining arm liposuction with hybrid breast augmentation improves the harmony of the entire upper body. Rather than treating each area separately, AVAN TOKYO designs the shoulders, arms, underarm region, décolletage, and breasts as one continuous silhouette based on anatomical principles.
Potential risks include swelling, bruising, pain, infection, hematoma, asymmetry, capsular contracture, fat necrosis, palpable lumps, temporary numbness, scarring, and the possibility of revision surgery.
