Hybrid Breast Augmentation in a 22-Year-Old Woman | Motiva Mini 290cc + Arm, Shoulder & Accessory Breast Liposuction, 6 Months After2026.09.01
This is a hybrid breast augmentation (silicone implant + fat grafting) case of a 22-year-old woman. She was slim with limited breast volume and wished to enlarge her bust in a natural-looking way, so she chose hybrid augmentation combining an implant with her own fat.
During surgery, we first performed liposuction of the upper arms, shoulders, and accessory breast area, harvesting 400 ml of pure fat. The fat was purified and concentrated by centrifugation, and 70 ml was injected subcutaneously into each breast. A Motiva Mini 290cc implant was inserted through an incision in the armpit crease and placed under the mammary gland, where scars are well hidden.
Hybrid augmentation builds solid base volume with the implant while grafted fat camouflages the implant’s edges around the décolletage and cleavage. It is also suitable for slim patients who lack enough fat for augmentation by fat grafting alone, and the donor sites — arms, shoulders, and accessory breast — become slimmer at the same time.
The photos show the result 6 months after surgery. Swelling and bruising have subsided, and the bust has a natural, rounded line from the décolletage to the nipple, with a soft texture and no visible implant edges. The upper arms are also slimmer, giving the whole upper body a more balanced silhouette.
