Hybrid Breast Augmentation with Motiva Demi 250cc and Fat Grafting | 6 Months Post-Op2026.08.29
This is a case of hybrid breast augmentation in a 27-year-old woman, six months after surgery.
A Motiva Demi 250cc silicone implant was placed in the subglandular plane through an axillary incision. Fat harvested from the inner and anterior thighs was grafted to the breasts. The surgical record notes 750ml of aspirated fat and 276ml after processing, with 80ml injected subcutaneously on the right and 90ml on the left.
The silicone implant was used to establish breast volume, while fat grafting was performed to refine the upper-breast contour and the transition around the implant. The procedure also considered balance at the donor sites on the inner and anterior thighs.
At six months, the photographs show changes in breast volume and chest contour compared with the preoperative image. Differences in posture, lighting, clothing, and camera distance may affect the appearance of photographs. Results and recovery vary between individuals.
Suitability, implant selection, graft volume, and the extent of liposuction are determined after assessing body shape, skin condition, and individual goals. Please discuss possible risks and recovery with a physician during consultation.
