Hybrid Breast Augmentation in a 28-Year-Old Man | Motiva Demi 360cc with Abdominal and Waist Fat Harvesting | 6 Months Post-Op2026.08.31
This case shows six months after hybrid breast augmentation in a 28-year-old man.
Motiva Demi 360cc silicone implants were placed in the subglandular plane through axillary incisions. Fat was harvested from the abdomen, waist, inframammary area, and accessory-breast area for breast grafting. The total aspirate was 2,800ml, and 600ml of processed fat was prepared for grafting.
The right breast received 230ml (150ml subcutaneous, 40ml subglandular, and 40ml intramuscular), and the left breast received 210ml (140ml subcutaneous and 70ml intramuscular). The implants create breast volume, while fat grafting adjusts contour and tissue transition.
At six months, the photographs show changes in breast volume and contour and in the appearance from the abdomen to the waist compared with before surgery. Posture, lighting, clothing, and camera distance can affect the appearance of photographs. Results and recovery vary between individuals.
Suitability, implant type and size, fat-grafting volume, and liposuction areas are determined after evaluating body proportions, skin condition, and the desired shape. Please discuss risks and recovery with a physician before treatment.
