Fat was harvested from:

• Circumferential arm liposuction
• Axillary fat (underarm fat)
• Accessory breast tissue
• Circumferential thigh liposuction
• Knee liposuction

A total of:

• 1,050cc of fat was removed from the arms and upper body
• 1,600cc of fat was removed from the legs

Fat grafting volume:

• Right breast: 270cc
• Left breast: 310cc

At 6 months postoperatively, excellent fat retention can still be appreciated.

The patient achieved approximately 1.5–2 cup sizes of breast enhancement in a single procedure, while maintaining a natural breast contour.

Risks and complications: Infection, palpable lumps, fat necrosis, asymmetry, variations in fat survival, calcification, and scarring.
