This case features a 37-year-old female patient living overseas who underwent circumferential arm liposuction, 360° abdominal liposuction, and Hybrid Breast Augmentation. Her recovery is shown at 3 months postoperatively.
A total of 1,758cc of purified fat was harvested.
For the breast augmentation, a Motiva Mini 250cc implant was placed in the subglandular plane, and autologous fat grafting was performed with 120cc to the right breast and 80cc to the left breast to improve contour and achieve a more natural appearance.
By 3 months, the breasts have softened considerably, and the overall breast shape and upper body contour have become much more natural and harmonious.
Risks and complications: Infection, palpable lumps (fat necrosis), capsular contracture, skin tethering, scarring, asymmetry, and other potential surgical complications.
