Liposuction was performed on the entire upper arms and accessory breast (axillary breast) area, removing 350 mL of purified fat.

A 275 cc Motiva Mini silicone implant was placed in the subglandular plane, followed by fat grafting for hybrid augmentation (150 mL to the right breast and 95 mL to the left breast) to achieve a softer, more natural contour.

By 3 months after surgery, a slimmer upper body and beautifully balanced breast contour have been achieved, creating a more defined and feminine upper body silhouette.

Potential Risks: Infection, fat necrosis or palpable lumps, scarring, capsular contracture, contour irregularities, asymmetry, temporary numbness, skin laxity, hematoma, seroma, and the possibility of revision surgery.
