This case shows the 3-month postoperative progress following 360° upper arm and axillary fat liposuction combined with hybrid breast augmentation.

For the breast augmentation, Motiva Ergonomix2 Mini 220 cc implants were placed in the subglandular plane, combined with condensed-rich fat grafting: 110 cc to the left breast and 120 cc to the right breast.

At 3 months, the implants and transferred fat have settled considerably, creating a softer and more natural contour.

By combining slimming of the arms and axillary area with breast augmentation, we can design the entire upper-body silhouette—from the shoulders and arms to the décolletage and breasts—as one continuous line.

For appropriately selected patients, this combination can provide a high level of satisfaction because it addresses the overall proportions of the upper body rather than focusing on the breasts alone.
