This is a 6-month follow-up after hybrid breast augmentation in a 23-year-old patient who is 157 cm tall and weighs 36 kg.

For this procedure, Motiva Demi 250cc breast implants were placed in the subglandular plane. Because the patient has a very slim body type with limited soft-tissue coverage, fat grafting was performed mainly in the subcutaneous layer to provide additional coverage around the implants and create a smoother breast contour.

Hybrid breast augmentation combines the reliable volume enhancement of silicone implants with the contouring and soft-tissue benefits of fat grafting. In patients who are slim or have a low BMI, implant edges may be more noticeable because of thinner breast tissue. Adding fat grafting can help soften the transition between the implant and surrounding tissue and create a more natural-looking breast shape.

At 6 months after surgery, the implants have settled well and the grafted fat has become more stable. In this case, the breasts continue to maintain a smooth, natural contour with minimal visibility of the implant outline.
