Motiva Demi 250cc silicone implants were placed in the subglandular plane.

Fat grafting was performed with 100cc to the right breast and 80cc to the left breast.

At 3 months post-operatively, recovery is progressing well with no skin tethering or contour irregularities.

The thigh donor-site scars are healing nicely.

The right underarm scar still shows some redness, so continued moisturizing care is recommended.

Risks: Infection, lump formation, capsular contracture, skin tethering, scarring, etc.
