This is the 6-month postoperative result following arm liposuction and Hybrid Breast Augmentation.

A Motiva Demi 250cc silicone implant was placed, and fat grafting was performed in the subcutaneous layer (70cc on the right side and 78cc on the left side) to enhance the contour and create a more natural transition.

The goal of this procedure was not simply to enlarge the breasts, but to refine the entire upper-body silhouette. By making an already slim patient even more sculpted and balanced, we focused on creating harmony between the arms, shoulders, décolletage, and bust.
