Circumferential Upper-Arm Liposuction + Hybrid Breast Augmentation — Total Upper-Body Contouring (3 months post-op)2026.07.24

This is a 3-month post-op case of a woman in her 20s who underwent circumferential upper-arm liposuction (the back area, shoulder, and front) combined with hybrid breast augmentation (fat grafting + silicone implant). We designed the upper body as a single silhouette, aiming to achieve both slim arms and fuller breasts.
The key to beautiful arms is minimizing the bulge at the front of the shoulder as seen from the front. By designing and suctioning the full circumference (not only the back area but also the shoulder and front), we aim for slim upper arms with a continuous line from every angle.
For the augmentation, we chose a hybrid approach combining fat grafting with a silicone implant. The implant secures reliable volume, while the patient’s own fat, harvested from areas such as the upper arms, is layered over it to blur the edges and bring the result closer to a natural roundness and soft texture.
As the arm line becomes tighter, the volume of the breasts stands out more by comparison, emphasizing the overall balance of the upper body. To make the augmentation look even more beautiful, combining it with upper-arm liposuction is a recommended pairing.
By three months post-op, swelling and firmness have settled, the arms have become slim, and the breasts have taken on a naturally rounded silhouette. The degree of effect and the recovery process vary from person to person.
