Circumferential Arm Liposuction + Condensed-Rich Fat (CRF) Breast Augmentation | 3 Months After (18-Year-Old Female)2026.07.11

We would like to introduce a case of circumferential upper arm liposuction (batwing area, shoulders, and front of the upper arms) combined with Condensed-Rich Fat (CRF) breast augmentation using the harvested fat, performed on an 18-year-old female patient. The photos show her progress 3 months after surgery.
Although the patient had a slender build and the amount of fat available for harvesting was limited, we carefully collected fat from around her upper arms and injected 173 cc into the right breast and 190 cc into the left. Her bust increased by approximately 1 to 1.5 cup sizes.
Condensed-Rich Fat breast augmentation is a method in which anesthetic fluid, water, and impurities are removed from the harvested fat by centrifugation, and only the condensed fat is injected. Because the patient’s own fat is used, the results tend to feel natural to the touch.
The liposuction gave her arms a slim, clean line from shoulder to wrist, and by sculpting a sharp, well-defined shoulder line, the entire upper body — from the décolletage to the bust — achieved a beautifully balanced silhouette.
Results, recovery, and fat graft survival rates vary from person to person. For patients with a slender build, the amount of fat that can be harvested is limited, so please consult our doctor during an examination and counseling session regarding donor sites, injection volume, and the achievable size increase.
