Arm Liposuction × Hybrid Breast Augmentation: 1 Month After | Woman in Her 20s2026.07.17
This is the case of a woman in her 20s. We performed liposuction of the upper arms together with hybrid breast augmentation (fat grafting combined with a silicone implant) in a single session. The photos compare the condition before surgery and 1 month after surgery; the procedure was performed once.
She was concerned about the volume of her upper arms and also wished for a natural increase in breast volume. During counseling we carefully discussed her ideal body line, and on the day of surgery we reconfirmed the design again at the marking stage before finalizing it.
For the arms, we carefully suctioned the subcutaneous fat, designing a line that makes the entire arm look slim. The harvested fat was purified and injected into the breasts, and a silicone implant was used in combination, aiming for both substantial volume and a natural, soft feel.
At 1 month after surgery, the arms are approaching a slimmer line, and the breasts show a naturally rounded silhouette. Swelling and bruising are settling down at this stage, and the results are expected to continue blending in over the coming months.
