Arm & Thigh Liposuction + Hybrid Breast Augmentation | 1 Month After (20-Year-Old Female)2026.07.13
We would like to introduce a case of upper arm and thigh liposuction combined with hybrid breast augmentation (fat grafting plus Motiva silicone implants) performed on a 20-year-old female patient. The photos show her progress 1 month after surgery.
Although this patient was originally slim, slim patients are precisely the ones for whom the most refined liposuction design is possible. In this case, we designed her body line around three concepts: a sharp, angular line from the neck to the shoulder and arm; thighs contoured just enough for a subtle line to appear on the outer side; and a bust with a natural, I-shaped cleavage.
The upper arms were sculpted so that the line connecting the neck, shoulders, and arms appears sharp and elegant, while the thighs were contoured conservatively so that only a subtle definition line appears on the outer thigh — balancing slimness with a healthy impression.
For the bust, we performed hybrid breast augmentation: Motiva silicone implants provide the foundational volume, while the patient’s own harvested fat is injected around the décolleté and cleavage area. Even in slim patients with thin breast tissue, layering fat over the implant softens its contour and creates a smooth, natural I-shaped cleavage.
Part of the injected fat is absorbed, so the retention rate varies by individual, and silicone implants carry risks such as capsular contracture. Results, recovery, and downtime vary from person to person.
