A 21-year-old woman. Wishing to increase her breast volume naturally, she underwent fat-transfer breast augmentation using her own fat. The fat was harvested from the full circumference of the thighs, the full circumference of the upper arms, and the underarm area. The photos show her from the front, before surgery and 3 months after surgery.

A total of 3,000ml of fat was suctioned (2,300ml from the thighs and 700ml from the upper arms), with ELSA (ultrasound) used on the thighs. Of this, 800ml of purified fat was centrifuged (600 rpm for 1 minute) to produce 520ml of fat for injection. We injected 230ml into the right breast and 220ml into the left breast, distributing it across separate layers: beneath the mammary gland, within and beneath the pectoralis major, and subcutaneously.

The procedure was performed under general anesthesia, using 2,800ml of tumescent solution. The operation took about 3 hours and 30 minutes. The incisions are small and placed in less noticeable areas: the front and back of the armpits, the elbows, below the nipple, the groin, and below the buttocks.

In the photo 3 months after surgery, fullness has appeared from the décolleté to the upper chest, and cleavage has formed. The roundness of the bust is clearer from the front, giving the chest a fuller impression overall.

Fat-transfer breast augmentation uses your own fat, so it suits those who value a natural feel and appearance, and it also allows the contour of the donor areas to be refined. However, the degree of fat survival, the final size, and the recovery time vary from person to person. Please start with an examination and consultation.
